What Happens after filling the application form? 

 

A member of our team will contact you and arrange an interview as soon as possible.

All applicants invited for an interview, please bring the following:

​

• Two recent passport size photographs.

• Equal Opportunities Form (If not submitted with application form)

• DBS check – 5 Years Address Record

• Member Bank Details

• Proof of identity – valid passport and valid visa (if foreign passport)

• National Insurance Card

• Drivers Licence

• Proof of address – any two utility bills/bank statements -dated within 3 months.

• Written Home office permission to work (if not a British or EU passport holder).

• Letter confirming your status as a student if you are one.

• Most recent enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service Certificate and £58.00 for your DBS application

• Original certificates for evidence of any relevant qualifications and training.

• Records of immunization or vaccinations

• Any statement of Good Health and Fitness to Work Certificate

• For Nurses –NMC statement of registration

• Any professional indemnity insurance

 

*Please note, successful candidates will also be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire. BDS applications will also be made only for successful candidates, who will be asked to complete a DBS Check - 5 years address record.
